Ingredients:
4 Mackerel fish (any amount of your choice)
First, clean the fish and remove the gut by cutting the belly open. Using your fingers scoop out everything out of the belly. Rinse out the belly with water and trim off the tail and the fins. You can add lime juice to help with the fresh smell of the fish.
Pat dry and place them in a baking pan, making sure they are not touching each other
Bake this for 30 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
After 30 minutes, take the fish of the oven and let them cool.
after they are completely cooled, lay them out on a paper towel to get out any excess oil.
Store the fish in a plastic bag and freeze up to 6 months or more.
