Easy To Make Super Moist Banana Bread

Ingredients:

4 Extra ripped bananas 

½ Cup white sugar

½ Cup brown sugar 

2  Large eggs

8 Tbsp butter (1 stick)

1 Tsp vanilla extract 

½ Cup milk

2 ½ Cups all purpose flour

1 ½ Tsp baking powder

1 Tsp baking soda 

½ Tsp salt

How to make it: 

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking sugar, and salt.

In another bowl, mash the banana with a fork into a past like texture.

Mix the ingredients listed together one at a time. Starting with the sugar, then butter, eggs, milk and vanilla extract. It is totally alright to see bits of the butter. They will all melt together in the oven.

Slowly mix in the flour with the wet ingredients. Mix about ½ a cup at a time until everything is combined. Do NOT over mix the batter. You should stop mixing as soon as the last ½ cup of flour is mixed in.

Gently grease a 8in x 8in baking dish (or a bread pan if that is what you have) with butter then, transfer the batter into the baking pan.

Turn the temperature down to 325 degrees F and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes. 

I personally enjoy this moist banana bread with vanilla ice cream right out of the oven.
